Engaging the larger muscle groups requires your body to work hard and the more muscle your body develops, the more fuel it needs to support it.

However, cardio equipment still has its place in most serious people's fitness routines. At Cutz 'n' Curves we have a cardio area that includes cycles, treadmills, steppers etc. enabling members to find the balance between lifting weights and cardio exercise that is right for them.
